As it got nearer to the time when we could retire and move away from the snowy north country, we started to look in the south for a new place to live. We looked at homes in many golf communities in Florida and South Carolina before we came to Pinehurst to visit friends. Once here, we knew that the weather, the golf and the people fit our requirements for a retirement home base. Because we were satisfied customers from 20 years ago in New York, we asked you to help us find our new home. Your help in finding us the perfect house was critical to a smooth transition to our retirement. Your patience, while we looked and looked at the variety of homes that Pinehurst had to offer, paid off when you called us in central New York to say that you had found the ideal house, which was only just put on the market. We trusted your experience and drove south for 12 hours to see it. We bought it the next day!  When we first listed the house with you, we figured that it would be on the market longer than most Pinehurst houses because it has some unusual aspects and would not appeal to a lot of Pinehurst buyers. Houses seemed to stay on the market forever and we were planning for 6 to 12 months. When you said the house would be sold in two months, I thought you were being unduly optimistic, but to our surprise, you sold the house in about one and a half months, and for a decent price, at that.

I want to thank you so much for all of your hard work and support in the selling of my mother's home in Pinehurst. Obviously you listed and sold the house and we are grateful. But what was so impressive was the invaluable help you provided me in taking care of the things that had nothing to do with "listing" the property. Arranging for painter, plumbers, a cleaning service, and showing the movers through the house were just a few of these things. The last minute reference of an electrician was particularly helpful. And you make it all appear effortless. I know it wasn't. I want to wish you success in your furture projects and offer my excellent experience with you as a reference to potential clients.
